Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Maggi noodles
- 2 cups of water
- Maggi Tastemaker (included in the pack)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped (optional)
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
- A squeeze of lemon (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil Water:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Break Noodles:
- Open the Maggi noodle pack and break the noodle cake into four parts.
3. Add Noodles:
- Once the water is boiling, add the broken noodles to the saucepan.
4. Cook Noodles:
- Let the noodles cook for about 2 minutes, occasionally stirring.
5. Drain Excess Water:
- After the noodles are cooked (but still have a slight bite to them), strain the water using a colander.
6. Prepare the Tastemaker:

While the noodles are draining, in the same saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

If you're using onions, tomatoes, and green chilies, you can add them to the hot oil and sauté until they become soft.
7. Add Noodles:
- Return the cooked and drained noodles to the saucepan.
8. Add Maggi Tastemaker:
- Sprinkle the Maggi Tastemaker (the spice mix provided in the Maggi pack) over the noodles.
9. Toss and Mix:
- Toss and mix the noodles with the Tastemaker and any sautéed vegetables.
10. Serve:
- Transfer the Maggi noodles to a plate, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, and squeeze a little lemon juice over the top (if desired).
11. Enjoy:
- Serve hot and enjoy your Maggi noodles.
