1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (jeera)
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander (dhania)
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for cooking
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
