1 tablespoon lemon juice
A pinch of black salt (kala namak) for extra flavor

For Garnish (optional):

Fresh mint leaves
Pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

Prepare the Saffron Layer (Orange):
- In a bowl, combine the orange segments and papaya chunks.
- If you like it sweeter, you can drizzle honey or sprinkle sugar over the fruits. Toss gently.
Prepare the White Layer:
- In a separate bowl, combine the coconut chunks or desiccated coconut with plain yogurt.
- If you prefer it sweeter, add honey or sugar and mix well.
Prepare the Green Layer:
